What you’ll do

Leading business development isn’t always easy, but you’ll do it with grace and tact. We will look to you to meet or exceed the revenue, admissions, patient census, and growth goals for a life plan community. You will lead a team of Sales and Admissions Associates while building relationships with residents, community members, and staff.

 

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required. In absence of a degree, ten years of sales/marketing management experience is required.
  • Five years sales and marketing experience with a proven sales record
  • Experience in a long-term care, hospital, or other related healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management system preferred
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
